Learn More About What We Do

Training

Our sexual harassment training sessions comply with AB 1825 and SB 1343. We can provide live, in-person training, or live on-line training. We also provide training on recognizing and removing bias from the workplace.

Culture Change Consulting

We help employers identify points where bias, both explicit and implicit can vary outcomes and help those organizations change their cultures to remove discrimination, bias and harassment in order to maximize workplace potential while lowering liability.
